Зміст ідеї «Софократія» показує, як перебудувати модель державної влади і її політичну основу з метою мудрого керівництва суспільними процесами задля стабільності економіки і духовного вдосконалення людини.

Структура і стиль викладу цієї роботи не мають суворої наукової форми, однак її зміст не позбавлений евристики: він розкриває сутність третього ступеня пізнання досконалої людини – homo spiritus (людини духовної, мудрої). Досягти цього рівня можливо завдяки суспільному розвитку в умовах Софократії, через яку людство здійснює цивілізаційний прорив у Сферу Розуму – Ноосферу.

Ця праця є логічним розвитком думок піонерів Ноосфери – французьких мислителів ХХ століття: Едуарда Леруа і П’єра Теяра де Шардена, та Концепції академіка Володимира Вернадського «Про Ноосферу», переведеної у практичну площину державного будівництва.

The essence of the “Sofokratia” concept demonstrates how to reconstruct the model of state power and its political foundation. Its goal is the wise governance of social processes to ensure economic stability and the spiritual perfection of human beings.

Although the structure and style of this work do not follow strict academic standards, its content is rich in heuristics, revealing the essence of the third stage of perfect human cognition — homo spiritus (the spiritual, wise human). Achieving this level is made possible through social development under the conditions of Sofokratia, through which humanity breaks through into the Sphere of Reason — the Noosphere.
This work is a logical development of the ideas pioneered by the 20th-century French thinkers of the Noosphere, Édouard Le Roy and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, and Academician Volodymyr Vernadsky’s concept “On the Noosphere”, translated into the practical realm of state-building.

The idea of Sofokratia opens humanity’s path into the Age of Wisdom.
