Stress or the Way We Think

We all experience stress in our life and various things can cause it. Therefore, it was a useful topic for discussion at the English-speaking club with Ann on Monday 18/03/15. The members spoke about their stressful situations; about how stress affects the way they feel, think and behave. Everyone admitted that we must cope with stress. Luckily, there are many things we can do to help relieve stress. Among them are: to follow the schedule, to relax, to have a good sleep and enjoy you meal, to do physical activities and so on. But the most important thing we have to remember is that we create the stress in our brain, so the uppermost thing in managing stress is to change the way we think.
